Indoor Novice Team Show Jumping Qualifier

AREA 4 – BRITISH RIDING CLUBS SUNDAY 12th FEBRUARY 2012

Bishop Burton College, Bishop Burton, East Yorkshire

SENIOR NOVICE INDOOR TEAM SHOW JUMPING QUALIFIER. Entry fee £40/team

  • Showjumping teams consist of 4 riders
  • Each rider will jump 2 rounds
  • Maximum height 85cms
  • Top 3 riders scores count to count.

Eligibility: Horses are not allowed any BE points and not to have won any sj money.

SENIOR COMBINED TRAINING INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIER Entry fee £60/team

  • Combined training consists of two phases, dressage and showjumping
  • Teams will be made up of four riders. Two riders will compete at novice level and two riders will compete at intermediate level.
  • Novice: Prelim 14 (2006) and 75cm
  • Intermediate: Novice 27 (2007) and 85cm

Eligibility: Novice level: 0 BD points and 0 BS winnings; Intermediate level: 1-124 BD points and up to £175 BS Winnings

Rules: As per current BRC rule book.

Please note if any rider already entered in the team jumping wishes to try and qualify for the Windsor Horse Show jumping, an extra £10 is payable per entry. The winner will be decided on the lowest jumping faults score. Any equality of faults will be decided with an individual jump off. Otherwise no extra jumping effort will be required.

If any rider already entered in the team Combined Training wishes to try and qualify for the Windsor Horse Show Dressage, an extra £10 is payable per entry. The winner will be the rider with the best dressage score from the Combined Training competition.

CLOSING DATE: PRELIM AND AREA ENTRIES IS FRIDAY 20th January 2012

Last day for substitutions is Wednesday 8th February.

Volunteer chart

If you are organising an event please can you email the event details and the number of volunteers you require to volunteers@calderdalesaddleclub.co.uk before the event and then send through the name of anyone who has volunteered to help.

All members must volunteer at one Area 4 event or two Calderdale Saddle Club events each year. All volunteers will be given an 'Attendance Point'.
