Area 4 Competitions

Just before I head into the competitions I thought I should let you know about the new club rule about volunteering. Competing as a club at Area 4 events is fantastic and I think a great opportunity. Area 4 and the events they organise are run by volunteers, therefore as part of entering the club into these events we are asked to provide helpers otherwise we cannot compete. It can be a real struggle to get helpers and it often end up being the competitors themselves or their mums/grooms/friends that end up rushing round on the day just so that we get to compete.

This is obviously as bit further off than the others but again we are thinking of organising some training before the big day at the venue. If anyone would like to do this please let me know so we can see what interest we have and put a date in the diary.
